The Girl Who Never Made Mistakes is one of my favorite books ever. Like many people, my kids all have areas of their lives where they can be a little bit of a perfectionist. Being afraid of making mistakes can be really overwhelming and take the fun out of things. That’s exactly what happens in this story written by Mark Pett and Gary Rubinstein, and illustrated by Mark Pett. This book is about a girl named Beatrice that becomes famous for the fact that she never makes mistakes. Ever. Then one fateful day, she makes a mistake and her entire life changes. My kids love this book. It was the perfect book to teach them that being perfect is impossible… even for the girl who never made mistakes!
